ClearTurn terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Optima Property Management ("we", "us"), which runs ClearTurn. By creating an owner account, or by using ClearTurn as a cleaner, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep and why.

1. What ClearTurn does

ClearTurn helps owners of short-term rental homes schedule and check the cleanings between guests: it reads the owner's booking calendars, gives cleaners a checklist and photo list for each cleaning, and carries photos, reports, restock requests, messages and pay records between them.

2. Owner accounts

3. Cleaners

A cleaner uses ClearTurn through a private link from an owner and doesn't need an account. Keep the link to yourself. What you record (photos, notes, reports, messages) is shared with the owner who invited you.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ClearTurn to break the law, to upload anything you don't have the right to share, to harass anyone, to photograph guests or their belongings beyond what a cleaning or damage report needs, or to try to get into anyone else's account or interfere with the service.

5. Calendars, reminders and suggestions

6. Price

ClearTurn is free. Free accounts include a monthly allowance for its AI features (translation and the maintenance helper). We may offer optional paid upgrades with extra features later; choosing one is up to you, and nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

7. Your content

Photos, notes and other content you and your cleaners add stay yours. You let us store, process and show them only to run ClearTurn for you. You can delete your account and its content at any time (Settings → Your account → Delete my account).

8. Ending

You can stop using ClearTurn and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we'll give owners at least 30 days' notice to download what they need.

9. No warranty; limits on liability

ClearTurn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost bookings, refunds to guests or missed cleanings), and our total liability for any claim about ClearTurn is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, while ClearTurn is free, is zero).

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email owners about important changes before they take effect. Using ClearTurn after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Questions: contact@managewithoptima.com.
